Join us for a cool day of hiking and kayaking with the WOCO crew. Relax with nature sounds and the sonic sounds of the crystal bowls and flute for deep relaxation and meditation.

About the event
July is here, and the summer is really beginning to heat up! Our hike is underway for this month, and we've decided to cool things down a major way!
Join us at Joppatowne, MD on Saturday, July 27th, 2024 at 10am, for some fun and adventure. We will begin at the head of the trail to commence our day on land and sea. Bring plenty of water and perhaps a snack to refuel. Be sure to bring your yoga mats or something comfortable to lay on. Everyone will hike and kayak together. There will be two trained kayak guides to lead the group along the water trail. w Registration, as always, is required so we have a count of attendees. Bring yourself and a very special woman in your life as we connect with nature and one another!
DAY BREAKDOWN We will meet at the head of the trail. Everyone will have an opportunity to connect, chat, and be briefed on the agenda for the day as well as any safety rules/mentions. We will enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for anyone in good shape! You do not have to be a professional in order to hike this trail. It is flat and very easy.
We will return to our original meeting place, kayak, and finally gather for a group meditation to reflect on our intention and reset our bodies & enjoy the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda during our group sound healing meditation
