Close to 1:15pm we will pause for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching and yoga & finally the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal & Tibetian Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda near the waterfall along the trail. Anu will lead us in affrimations and libations. We will finish the loop to arrive back at our starting point.

We will return to our original place of meeting, recap on the day, and give information for our next hike! If the weather permits, you are welcome to join us at the lake to chit chat and connect further!
